Marketing Manager


The Marketing Manager is a creative, motivated individual who manages the branding and communications for Nail & Key Real Estate Group. This full-time position is crucial for our brand awareness in the community as well as providing strong retention and acquisition of clients.


  • Auto-Flow Management

    • Creation and delivery of postcard mailers

    • Creation and delivery of MailChimp email campaigns

    • Text campaigns

    • Measure effectiveness of auto-flow campaigns

  • Content

    • Create and execute social media plan

    • Grow social media presence

    • Assist agents in managing their personal brands

    • Videography/editing

    • Produce graphics for email and social media campaigns

    • Writing relevant blog content that provides value to readers and increases SEO

    • Maintain and manage website development

    • Monitor website, social media, and email campaign analytics and report status

    • Update buyer and seller guides

    • Hold company accountable to StoryBrand messaging philosophy (See Building a Story Brand by Donald Miller)

    • Print advertising management

  • Swag

    • Design and order swag and marketing materials

      • Business Items (cards, folders, signage, etc.)

      • Promotional Items (shirts, swag, etc.)

  • Events

    • Coordinate Nail & Key client appreciation events

    • Determine Nail & Key sponsorships and presence at community events

Required Skills

  • Well-developed communications and writing abilities

  • Ability to formulate and execute strategic marketing campaigns

  • Versed in social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MailChimp email platform

  • Google Analytics

  • Photoshop/InDesign

  • Video editing

  • Basic functions of SquareSpace website platform

  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy
